HelloHealth Concept: Find Your Why

Find Your “Why” to Becoming the Healthiest Version of Yourself

Dr. Carmen Mohan is joined by special guest Meagan Davies, MS, NCC (also known as HelloHealth’s Chief Operating Officer) to discuss the HelloHealth Concept “Find Your Why.” A cognitive behavioral therapist, Ms. Davies takes us through the steps required to identify negative thought patterns that take us off track so we can break out of the status quo and find our motivation to make healthy change. Listen along as Dr. Mohan and Ms. Davies explain the difference between our “emotional” and “rational” brains, what the “Find Your Why” method is, and how working through the “Find Your Why” process can help us use our whole brains to become our healthiest, most confident selves. After all, as Davies explains, “Confidence is the most beautiful thing you could ever wear,” and when we’re clear on our “why” we can solidify our purpose and discover our “how.” Finding our “why” increases our confidence and leads to positive thought skills that will drive us toward healthy habits and choices.

Action Steps:

  1. Download our free “Find Your Why” resource and use it to identify the fears that are holding you back.

  2. Remember, this is an ongoing process that you may have to repeat weekly or monthly to rewire your brain to create healthier beliefs.

  3. Contact us if you want additional information on how we can help you “Find Your Why.”
