Rob Mays and HelloHealth’s Weight-Loss Program for Men

Taking Control of Your Weight-Loss Journey

In Episode 6, Dr. Carmen Mohan sits down with Mr. Rob Mays to discuss his journey to become a healthier, happier, lighter version of himself. Follow along as Mr. Mays takes us through the ins and outs of his spectacular journey to personal health since July of last year. Hear how he discovered the secret to taking control of his weight-loss journey and overcame generations of genetic predisposition to medical problems like diabetes and high blood pressure.

From his initial health results shortly after joining HelloHealth, where he felt like he’d literally “walked into a wall,” to successfully losing 50 pounds in the last six months, Mr. Mays walks us through the elements of his journey that surprised and delighted him and explains why HelloHealth’s approach to personal health is allowing him to “rediscover a piece of himself” he thought was lost forever. Find out why Mr. Mays believes HelloHealth’s holistic approach, providing both physical and therapeutic practices, has allowed him to find the control he’d been missing in his personal health journey. It’s a journey that has led him to be diabetes free, find healthy blood pressure, and create a lifestyle that benefits him, his family, and his career. From learning the importance of rest and recovery to involving those close to him in his weight-loss goals, Mr. Mays is proof that, with the right help and a little grace, anyone can take control of their personal health story.
