HelloHealth reimagines employee wellness — marrying mental, emotional, physical, and professional needs. The world has changed. Companies are seeing burnout of key players, experiencing the impact of the pandemic on employees and the bottom line, dealing with blurred boundaries between work and home, not to mention rising healthcare costs, and a drastic change of pace. We seamlessly address those barriers to ensure that you and your employees can thrive. How do we do that?

Offerings for companies:

Team Physician Services — services are provided after a comprehensive assessment of employee needs. Offerings for companies include medical care, telehealth visits, mental health support/counseling, processing groups, wellness programs, infection control, and data driven reporting.

“Reimagine Lunch” — employees are equipped to transform their personal health and wellbeing. We provide actionable information, advice, guidance, and accountability to ensure employees bring their best selves to work.

 Offerings for individuals:

Executive Wellness Program - a comprehensive lifestyle assessment that includes sessions with a licensed therapist. This program is tailored to meet individual needs and includes a customized self-care plan, coaching plans all with tools to monitor success.

Personal Physician Services - concierge level medical care which includes unlimited access to your physician AND access to counseling.

* These services are not covered by insurance. Clients may use health savings accounts or flex spending to cover the costs. Lab tests can be covered by insurance.

MEET THE TEAM

 

Carmen Mohan, MD FACP

CEO & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Mohan is the CEO and Chief Medical Officer of HelloHealth.  She is a Board Certified internal medicine physician.  She specializes in cardio-metabolic risk factor reduction through lifestyle modification with a focus on leaders. Dr. Mohan's book The Women’s Guide to Health - RunWalkRun®, Eat Right, and Feel Better was written in collaboration with Jeff Galloway and Ruth M. Parker. The book combines Jeff Galloway’s RunWalkRun® programs with best medical knowledge to help every woman attain a healthy, active lifestyle. 

For leaders interested in comprehensive wellness Mohan uses practical evidence-based tools to assist in having meaningful conversations with a each client the include physical, emotional, and mental health. She is also a huge advocate of the Mediterranean diet using it to help leaders achieve health goals. A graduate of Emory University School of Medicine, she completed residency training at Cambridge Health Alliance and Harvard Medical School. A marathoner, Dr. Mohan is on a quest to complete marathons on all 7 continents. 

 

 

Meagan Davies, MS, NCC

Chief Operating Officer

Meagan R. Davies is a therapist and Chief Operating Officer at HelloHealth. She is responsible for overseeing the administration, business development, and strategic plan alongside the CEO of the organization. As a therapist, Davies is focused on working with and empowering leaders to be the best version of themselves. Davies works with executive leaders and the unique challenges they face trying to balance work, relationships, family, and professional obligations. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NBCC). Prior to becoming a therapist, she had two successful careers, one in marketing, and a second as a nonprofit executive. The last 15 years of her career were spent in the “C” Suite coaching and developing hundreds of employees.

Meagan is a member of the ACA and LPCGA. She holds certifications in Change Management and Executive Leadership from Cornell University. She earned a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mercer University. Davies is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Atlanta, Program Chair of Leadership Atlanta Class of 2022, and on the Executive Committee of the Leadership Atlanta Board.

 

 

Jenay Hicks , MS, NCC

Counselor

Jenay Hicks is a person-centered therapist with a holistic approach to mental health and therapy. She is passionate about creating wellness-focused programs that encourage mental health and wellness among medical professionals. Most intrigued by people exposed to trauma, she has devoted much of her career to working with professionals in healthcare to help them cope with the everyday and ever-present stresses of their work. Jenay’s passion for psychology and mental health began in earnest when she joined the Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) in 2012 in the Graduate Medical Education (GME) office. In 2020, Jenay transitioned to MSM’s Office of Counseling Services as the Assistant Director of Student & Resident Wellbeing. She has joined the HelloHealth full time and counsels individual clients to help them cope with anxiety, depression, and career transitions and make strides in self-care. She is also working to improve the perception and acceptance of mental health support and therapy amongst the African-American population. 

Jenay earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Mercer University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is an active member of Chi Sigma Iota (Counseling and Academic Professional Honor Society), the American Counseling Association, the Coalition for Physician Wellbeing, and the Association for Hospital Medical Association.

 

 

Jessica Schmoll,
LPC

Counselor

Jessica Schmoll is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 16 years of experience in the field of mental health. Jessica specializes in working with adults facing various challenges related to mental health/wellness, life transitions, and personal and professional relationships. Having held corporate and leadership positions herself, Jessica has a particular passion for working with high-performing professionals and executives to make space for balance, joy, and meaning in their lives, both inside and outside the office. Jessica has experience leading workshops and groups that focus on recovery from substance use disorders and various mental health conditions and that encourage self-care and healthy boundary setting. Jessica has worked in a private practice setting for 11 years in addition to working in hospitals, community mental health clinics, and long-term residential treatment. Jessica’s first career was in corporate human resources management.

Jessica holds two Master of Science degrees in business and in counseling, one from Northeastern University in Boston and one from Georgia State in Atlanta. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from UNC Chapel Hill. When not working, Jessica spends quality time with her teenage daughter, her friends and family, and her “therapy cat” Jo-Jo.

 

 

Whitney Smith, M.Ed., LPC, GCDF

Counselor

Whitney Smith is a Professional Counselor with a specialization in career counseling. She has several years of experience in higher education working with traditional and nontraditional students/alumni in their career and professional development. Her interest in this profession began as a talent management intern for a corporate company while pursuing her master’s degree. This experience influenced her to combine her love for talent management and mental health as a career. Her ultimate desire is to support others in finding meaningful and fulfilling work and in achieving personal goals with respect to their holistic well-being.

Whitney earned her Master of Education in counseling with an emphasis in clinical mental health from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She also holds a Global Career Development Facilitator certification. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Colleges & Employers (GACE), Georgia Career Development Association (GCDA), Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia (LPCAGA), and National Career Development Association (NCDA).

Kristen L. Prewitt, DO, FAAFP

HelloHealth Clinic
Team Physician and Workshop Facilitator

Kristen is a family medicine physician in Billings, Montana. She chose family medicine because she wanted to look for health, rather than focus on disease. While she sees women and men in her practice, she focuses on women by still doing prenatal care, newborn rounding, and she has a special interest in helping women succeed in their breastfeeding goals. She is also involved with medical student education and often has a medical student working with her, which keeps her on her toes. Most recently, she has teamed up with HelloHealth as a workshop facilitator and team physician. HelloHealth sees health as a leadership strategy which really resonates with her.

Kristen was an English major at the University of Virginia because she loves to read. She went to medical school at Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed her internship and residency in family medicine at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, graduating in 2012. 

She is married to a physician and they are raising their two sons in Manhattan, Montana which does allow for lots of time outdoors and in nature. She is still an avid reader and she also enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her family.

 
 
 

Kirsten Bendeck, MD

HelloHealth Clinic

Dr. Kirsten Bendeck was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, one of five children born to parents who immigrated from Honduras to seek higher education. Kirsten is a graduate of Georgetown University, and she received her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. She returned to Georgetown University to complete her residency in emergency medicine and finished her training with a fellowship in emergency ultrasound. She currently works and teaches emergency ultrasound at a community hospital in metro Atlanta. She lives with her husband and their two young daughters.

Kirsten has lived an international life having spent over a year in Germany, learning the language and participating in research at the University of Heidelberg. She has also spent time in Buenos Aires, Argentina providing medical care in limited-resource settings.
