Mental Health Month - Whitney Smith

I chose to work in mental health because I wanted to support people through their unique experiences with the highs and lows of life. I believe that receiving support for mental/brain health provides people with the opportunity to discover and embrace their individuality which allows them to truly experience and navigate a purposeful life.

Whitney Smith, M.Ed., LPC, GCDF, spent several years working in higher education focused on both traditional and nontraditional students/alumni and guiding their career and professional development goals. Ms. Smith then combined her passions for talent management and mental health to support others in finding meaningful, fulfilling work and life goals through a measured, holistic approach to well-being.

Ms. Smith specializes in solution-focused therapy and integrated career theories.
