Becoming the Hero of Your Story

In this episode of HelloHealth Today, Dr. Carmen Mohan revisits her talk with actress Tiffany Dupont. Focusing on the positive, even in trying circumstances, is a practiced tool that fuels a positive mindset, leading to success and empowerment.
