We all know what the concept of healthy living entails. It can be broken down into four basic categories: eating right, strength training, exercising, and sleeping. We all know what we need to do to live a healthy life, but many of us don’t necessarily take the time to do it. We tend to think of things in an “all or nothing” way. By developing a systematic approach, we take the pressure and stress away from focusing on our health and create flexibility in our approach that can lead to greater overall success in reaching our health goals.
