Crustless Veggie Quiche

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 onion, diced

  • Favorite green vegetables of your choice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Shredded cheese (if preferred)

  • Butter

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

  • Pepper to taste

Directions

Butter and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sauté onion and favorite veggies in separate pan. Mix eggs with milk, nutmeg, and pepper to taste. In the baking dish, add egg mixture, sautéed onions and veggies, and cheddar cheese. Bake at 435 degrees until firm, about 45 minutes.
