Sushi Roll

Ingredients

  • Salmon and avocado rolled in nori, brown rice, and quinoa

  • Cucumber slices

  • Pickled ginger

Directions

Cook rice according to package. Cook quinoa according to package.
Place one sheet of nori on a bamboo mat or sheet of plastic wrap. Press a thin layer of rice and quinoa on top. Arrange salmon and cucumber slices on top of thin layer of rice and quinoa. Roll tightly from the bottom to top using mat or plastic to help. Cut into pieces. Place pickled ginger on the side.
